LICENSE AGREEMENT This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and DNBooster Tool’s author, please read it carefully. This license covers all existing versions of DNBooster Tool and its beta versions from now on referred below as "DNBooster Tool" unless otherwise specified. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE BY INSTALLING THIS PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL THIS PRODUCT. When you purchase DNBooster Tool, the "Registration Key" is being issued to you. This " Registration Key" can only be used by the individual (or entity) purchased it and should not be shared with the other individuals (parties). Any distribution of the “Registration Key” shall result in immediate and automatic termination of the rights to use DNBooster Tool. The single “Registration Key” represents a right to install, copy, access, display, run or otherwise use one copy of DNBooster Tool product specified at a time of purchase on a single computer. We reserve the right to implement the technological measures in the DNBooster Tool to prevent its unlicensed or illegal use. You may NOT emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of the rights granted in this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. DNBOOSTER TOOL IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE DNBOOSTER TOOL AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. If you do not agree with the terms of this license or if the terms of this license contradict with your local laws, you must remove DNBooster Tool files from your storage devices and cease to use the product. The terms of this license, as well as the DNBooster Tool interface design are subjects of changes in future versions of DNBooster Tool.
